Get it right , Geoff. Don't score points. Don't mistake slow and sure for unable, impossible or difficult. Most of the slow manoeuvres were mainly to try and not get so much mud on your shiny new boat trailer!
I made good use of the tide, arrived back to get the boat up on its trailer through some mud (difficult because your new trailer front wheel jams at right angles to the direction of travel) and - having achieved the "extraction" slowly (but surely) to make sure I didn't slip, - and was clearing up items in the boat, when Mike kindly offered (unlike others present) a push to make it easier to get up the slope - it wasn't impossible or difficult ( I've done the same process alone many times before), - but it was a friendly gesture much appreciated.
It was a good "daily exercise" session, under the new covid-19 regime, with much to appreciate out on the water.
Have a look at my update for that row to give a flavour of how lucky we are in the club to have so many interesting things around us......even in these confined times!
