As mentioned at the AGM, it would be a good aim to do some fitness rows on a Sunday after the open row.
So we will aim to head out between 10:45 and 11:00 this Sunday [high water 10:55] for a 90 minute or so row around the harbour doing some drills to improve fitness and stamina [and keep warm].
Please sign up in the usual way. Feel free to come along earlier on Sunday and join the open row.
