So we'd like to book her out of any excursion row, should it happen on the same day, please

I sent an email to you all last night explaining I was feeling unwell. This is to confirm that I'm sorry but I'm not well enough to row today.  
I'm sorry everyone, but please go ahead and enjoy the meet up and lunch together.
The weather/ wind looks good to go
Please take a radio, set channel to no P4 (this is one less than no 1).
Captain Tim is leaving at 11.30 from Northney, and you can row to tthe bottom of the Emsworth channel together,, meet Slipper Spirit,  and row down together towards Marker, looking out for Bosham, CYC and Dell Quay.

Back to Slipper Club for lunch,  there will be members on shore to welcome you, and let you in.

If there are too many boats in the group to land at Emsworth  (tide very high today, you'd probably need to be up against the wall).
Pam from Slipper will radio you,  and she's going to arrange to open the pontoon which is connected to the millpond wall for you.
Please don't Moor up on the outside long edge as the Solar Boat will need this space, go in to the L shaped sections behind.
