Dear friends,

The traditional Trafalgar Night has come around again, and you are hereby invited to join us for a fun and celebratory evening to commemorate Nelson’s famous victory.

The event will be held at The Ship Inn, Langstone on Monday 21st October, 6:45pm onwards (dinner will be served at 7:30pm sharp!).

The evening will consist of a 2 course meal, Chairman’s speeches, a GRR roundup, Port toasting to Nelson……..and back by popular demand, The Selsey Shantymen will be performing for and with us, so bring your best voices!!
(Following the success of the release of their new album, they are currently trending on Spotify and YouTube, should you wish to look them up).

The menu choices are:

Roast Beef with all the trimmings
Or
Squash and Feta Pithivier with veg. (vegaterian/vegan option)
Followed by a cheese board selection
(Vegan dessert to be announced soon)
And a round of Port.

The evening is traditionally a black tie event, although smart casual is acceptable.

Cost is £30.00 per person.

Please post below with your menu choices (meat or vegetarian) and how many tickets you require.

Anyone who came last year will, I’m sure, agree on what a great evening this is, and a lovely way to be with friends and members both new and old.

Due to room size, there are only 50 places available, so is on a first come first served basis.
The invite is open to all members and their partners etc.
We may look to open the invitation to other local clubs to help fill up the numbers, if required nearer the date.

If interested, please may I ask for the £30.00 per person upfront so that there’s no confusion on the night.
