The Teifi World Champs are being held in Cardigan in March on the River Teifi (obviously.)
Robbie Wightman, who rows a Teifi in Edinburgh that some of you will have seen at the Castle to Crane race this year, wants us to go to make the event “truly international.”
Anyone interested?
Details as on the Teifi Rowing Club Facebook page:

Teifi Skiffs race.. Saturday 14th March 2020 ..first race 10.00am ( tide dependant) on the river Teifi .. Cardigan , Ceredigion. Wales
LADIES RACE form Swallow yachts to Ynys Marine 2 miles ..
MENS RACE from Ynys Marine up river around and island back past Ynys Marine and on to Swallow yachts 3 mile race ( rowing with a light out going tide )
MIXED RACE from Swallow yachts to Ynys Marine 2 miles ( rowing against an out going tide ..
Held under Welsh sea rowing association rules and regulations .
Teifi skiff race shall not be held on a fixed race venue, race venue shall be determined by competing clubs..
Your thoughts please
Richard James
