What a glorious day on the water! Thank you, Mike, for helping me get the Teifi out of the water after my row, and also for being my "SHORE STATION" so that we could test out the radios.
Sorry to gloat, but it really was a good place to be! - and I wasn't the only person out there (though Initially I did think so)
There was one stalwart paddleboarder heading for Emsworth from Marker, and a couple of motorboats coming out of Northney as I was rowing home with the wind behind me!
Oh! Yes! and, at Sweare Deep, there was also a "little" something else on the water.........
Question for the Navigation Class:- (1) Which navigation mark was this vessel going round?
(2) Why was it rounding this mark??
(3) What navigation signals was the vessel displaying???
(4) Where is its destination????
(5) When will you see this vessel doing the same thing [at what stage of the tide] ???????????????????????.....and Why?
