Tenters please talk to me

We were assigned a tarmac hard standing to put up our tent on. Apparently it was my fault for not sending an email to them saying we needed a tent space...so if you are tenting, let me know please and I'll check for you and tell me the booking number.
Our tent is right by the exit barrier....oui its a grande tent, non we're not in the army and oui there are only two of us in it
