I am sorry to have missed the AGM on Thursday, however I was advised that I should attend the Havant Borough Sports Association Awards night at the Horizon Leisure Centre, as I had been Nominated.

Just as well! Because I was called forward to receive the Award for the Veteran Sportsman of the Year 2025!
It appears that members of the Langstone Cutters Rowing Club put me forward for recognition on the basis of my support for the Cutters, Langstone Gig Club, CRAC and the 3 Harbours Rowing Network in helping grow Coastal Rowing.

I am amazed and thankful for the Nomination and the Award -  so thank you Cutters... and onward and upward for 2026 and beyond!!
