Dear Friends,
It turned out to be too rough for any rowing today but my thanks go to Christine ( great up to date weather info), Mike Gilbert, Marion and her daughter, Rachel Norris, Gail, Andrew, Nigel, Les for turning up and for being such good company over coffee in the Royal Oak. Great views of a very high tide and blustery winds whipping up the waves. With the path outside under water it was an adventurous walk to the cars.
Mike had a look at the wind forecasts for tomorrow and it looks much better so some of us decided to go for a row this Thursday.
As Chris Partridge has posted a row on the forum it would be a good idea to all meet up at the Mill at 11.30 as he has requested. See you there.
