Dear Rowers
I am pleased to advise that when the second lockdown ends at midnight today rowing can commence under the Covid conditions we had in place before the second lockdown. Groups of no more than 6 can meet in an open space and can go rowing . Please wear masks when loading and recovering the boats, use hand sanitiser etc and go an enjoy yourselves . It is time to get those oars out in anger yet again!!!
The outings can be in several boats but each crew should stay together as we did before
Please can I just remind everyone that it is getting significantly colder and please ensure when rowing you have ample clothes to stay warm , take advantage of the calm days , take drinks and have a great time
Looking forward to seeing you on the water again soon .
