The Monocle and Ferry Boat Classic

We enjoyed a superb row in bright sunshine and on even brighter water today. Passing through Long Island and North Binness, Round Nap and South Binness, the crew of Langstone Lady enjoyed a lovely outing on the water, along side colonies of Oyster Catchers, Dunlin and Brent Geese. Bacon & Egg Banjos and hot drinks were the order of the day at the Ferry Boat, before we merrily wound our way homewards on the final leg of our ten mile plus round trip. So to Ron, Cheryl, Dave and Joe, my sincerest thanks for an absolutely cracking row. A perfect row with a perfect crew, for which many thanks guys n gal. Best Andy
