Hi all,
         Tides are evenings this week and the earliest is Monday at 17.35 so suggest we meet at the Mill at 4pm for a row round the harbour and back for a sundowner. Weather looks set fair wind light but a bit gusty. Hope a few of you can escape work early!

It's been a long time since my knee operation, I think it's as good as it's going to get now. I have been trying to make a Sunday row but I seem to get tied up with other things. So can I come with you guys? maybe cox some of the way or be a passenger?

Either way I will need TLC and lots of sympathy.
