Thursday 3rd Oct first sunny/chilly row to the Ferryboat 11am

Tim
Dear All

Roll up roll up for the first chilly row in the sun this winter to the Ferry Boat for lunch. Feel free to bring binoculars, Rachel will be on hand to advise on the incoming overwintering birds arriving from the artic!

Let’s hope to see Godwits, Black and Bar Tailed, Redshanks maybe event the famous spotted one, Avocets, Oyster Catchers and numerous Gulls, Terns and Geese as we explore the Western shores of Hayling and the Binnes Island currently home to Ospreys and Peregrine Falcons!

Meet up at 1100am wrap up warm but remember to bring sun cream and swimwear if you are completely insane.

Tim

Hi Tim,
I would like to join you for the row. I see there are six of you already but if enough sign up to make another boat crew count me in. I’ve not rowed for ages and would like to get back into it.
Thanks
Margaret

Hi Tim,
Sorry to mess you around but I’m not likely to be free now so won’t be able to make the row after all 🙁

Liz - fancy going out in a Teifi?
Probably not as far as the the Ferryboat, however.
