Hi Steve, I am still suffering with my new knee, the old one was much better!  Can you book me in for the training session on October 4th?

Get well soon we are missing you !. We are not running the  4th,  can you make this coming Tuesday ? If you can would like a lift ? We will run another session soon next year.

Yes I will make the Tuesday night, I only said the 4th thinking I would be in better shape. Thanks for the offer of a lift but the wife has offered to drop me off. See you Tuesday.
