Treasure Hunt & Barbecue

Weather permitting I am looking at putting on a Treasure Hunt followed by a barbecue , Im looking at either the 11th August or 25th depending on numbers or if that popular both, maybe

Hopefully all will be able to row before, so we can start at between 4 -5 pm Treasure Hunt first & depending how good you are will take no longer than an hour, there will be prizes. Followed by the Barbecue

Obviously it will take different times for everyone so staggered times of arrival is good.

Whole idea is to raise monies for Racheals Melon charity so it will be at a cost of
£10.00 per person
Which will include the treasure hunt, barbecue salads glass of Prosecco followed by something sweet !!

Please advise me if you are vegetarian

All ideas & donations will be accepted & bringing what you would like to drink is allowed.
I will be telling other friends so please feel free if you want to bring any along,

Please make me aware of numbers ,plus what you think.

Hey Bobby,
We think it sounds like a nice idea and a fun day for all.
Please let us know if there’s anything Polly and I can do to help. I’m sure we’ll certainly be able to help with a couple of prizes and food as well. We now have a cash and carry card too, so it might be a bit cheaper to get bbq food etc from them.
Anyway, please feel free to shout if there’s anything we can do.
