Good Morning everyone rowing at Tudor next Saturday. Please can we all meet at the boat park at 8.30am on the day, we have 3 boats to load on to 3 trailers. Hopefully Nigel, Chris and Martin are okay to tow? The plan is to get the boats over to Tudor by about 9.30-9.45am.
Registration closes at 10am
Cox and crew briefing 10.30am
Race starts at 12.00, staggered start, slower boats off first.
After the race, prize giving, etc’ we need to get the boats back to the boat park and off their trailers, so as many people as possible please come and help.
Weather forecast currently is good so please remember plenty of water, sunscreen, hats and life jackets/bouancy aids.
See you Saturday

Message from John Elson at Tudor
Thank you for entering this year's Tudor Challenge. We are all very excited and look forward to welcoming you to Tudor Sailing Club on Saturday. The forecast is looking good, so unless the forecast changes, we expect to race the full 10-mile course.
Briefing documents for the event are available to download from the Tudor Challenge website. Please print off a copy of the Cox briefing notes and course map and bring these with you on the day, as hard copies will not be provided. Also, please make sure that one of your crew has downloaded the Life360 app so that spectators and the race officer can track your boats location during the race. Details of how to share your location will be given at the Cox briefing.
Disabled Parking: Parking for individuals with mobility issues will be available close to the clubhouse, but this must be reserved in advance so please contact me before Saturday if you need to reserve a space.
Please let me know if you have any questions; otherwise, I look forward to seeing you on Saturday.
Happy rowing
Please can 1 or 2 members of each crew download the app that is mentioned, I have downloaded it for Gladys. I will also print off the mentioned information for each crew. Vernon
