UPDATE on Ron’s health (and drinks night)....

As most of you know, Polly and I have been in constant contact with Cheryl with regard to Ron’s health and well being.
It seems like Ron has made a very good recovery over the last couple of days, with a change of ward and looking like he will leave the Q&A hospital tomorrow (Tuesday 19th) or the day after and will be home for Christmas before any further tests are required or carried out.
With this in mind and Cheryl, obviously, wanting to be at home with Ron (as well as the fact that Polly and I, both have very bad colds we don’t wish to pass along), I’m sure you’ll understand that we are cancelling the drinks night at ours tomorrow night.
I’m sure you’re all as happy as we were to hear the news, and all wish Ron a speedy recovery and a very Happy, and Healthy Christmas and New Year.
We will be having a New Year’s Day open house at ours, and will post accordingly nearer the time, with the hope to see you all at ours for some New Years fun on January 1st.
In the mean time, let’s all wish Ron and Cheryl the very best, and both Polly and I look forward to seeing you all soon.
