I know this is a tad short notice, but does anyone fancy a blast up the harbour and back tomorrow afternoon? I know that Gladys is already out on a training row.

This might suit anyone who is racing in the Head of the Harbour race (and is not already in Matt's training crew) on Saturday but is open to anyone.

Morning Chris. As only the two if us have signed up and rowing a Teifi will not be ideal training for racing a Galley, I have cancelled todays row. Sorry.

Matt - sorry that we will not be there to help today. Remember that there is a row tomorrow so it might be easier to see if they can load Sweare Deep and/or Langstone Lady on to their trailers. I will try and join the row tomorrow but I cannot fully commit to it at the moment.
