Your club needs you

Dear rowers,
               If you are considering whether to renew your membership this year but haven't yet done so this message is for you.

 We are hoping to restart rowing in fours soon and your club needs you! We have received fewer membership payments than usual and of course very little pin money but we still have the same harbour dues and insurance costs which are our main outgoings, plus boat maintenance costs as Geoff has been busy working on our behalf to get the fleet ready for our return. I know times are tight for many people but if you can then please support your club and renew your membership.

The membership form is under the 'useful info' tab on the forum homepage.  It has the account details so you can pay by Bank transfer.  Normally you would print out the form and sign and post through Mikes door - but I'm not sure if he will want this at the moment.  Hopefully he can clarify this ?

unless i am mistaken the form on "useful info" is for 2019
do i just cross out the 19 and put 20 ?

James, the 2020 Membership Form and Declaration is different to 2019... its to do with the permission to circulate details of your contacts to other Members... so you need the right form which is here..

Could you check i am on your distribution list please as i do not recall getting the form earlier in the year
and i did not a copy of the survey either. I did change my e mail address last year to the one with <76>
in it

PS I am champing at the bit to get out there and do some rowing

I have changed your email address! The one on record was incorrect... 

We have a Committee Meeting in the boat park on Tuesday to agree the methodology of returning to rowing the 4 oared boats in mixed family groups, with safeguards that comply with BR guidance; from 15th August... so dust off your rowing gear (better still - give it a rinse!) and watch this space!!
