Alan Gock

For those members of Langstone Cutters who have been around for a while,  Alan Glock died yesterday.  Alan was the member of Victory Morris who wrote the song "The Langstone ladies of the Cutters Rowing Club" Always a popular song when we had the victory singers at social evenings. Alan also would sing it at pubs visited by victory morris

I remember some of his song "who rules the wave with their oars white and blue". Sadly,  i don't have all the lyrics.
