ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING - 6.30 pm 28th January 2023

 Dear Cutters

The Annual General meeting of the Cutters will take place at the Langstone Sailing Club on Saturday 28th January starting at 6.30 pm

We  encourage all members to attend as it is a part social /part business  and fun event . For members with partners who are not members they will be welcome too ( Although only members can vote )

The format of the evening will be

 We will have a bar and cheap drinks are on offer ( The sailing club bar is card only )

There will be a Chili and baked potatoes and pudding to enjoy. This is usually provided by various members and Liz will be asking for volunteers to contribute and this has always been popular . We ask for those not donating to put a £5 note in the pot towards the cost etc and any surplus goes to club funds (Please bring cash for this as it is a voluntary donation ) . I am sure there will be a vegetarian offering as well

We will also have a raffle and we will be asking for donations from members . The tickets are £1 each or £5 a strip to make life easy . Please bring cash for this too

This is a relaxed evening and an opportunity to socialise whilst also discuss  plans for your club during 2023

Please note this is the 25th year of the club and a chance to celebrate our extended coming of age

Finally to help with catering please can you advise if you are coming along so we can have an idea of Numbers . Please can you advise if you are a vegetarian as well to assist
