Dear Cutters, one of our new neighbours in the Red Compound in the Marina, Tom Salt, has offered the chance to try out one of his Atlantic Rowing Boats - he says:

"...As I mentioned, we have a day next week (Tuesday) where we will have a boat in the water.  I’m happy to provide a skipper to take people out for a couple of hours at a time for anyone that is keen to try out an ocean rowing boat.

If you think this might be of interest to club members, then please let me know.  Happy to pull together a quick flyer or email to introduce it."...

"We’re happy to dedicate the day to it, so we can handle those numbers. We’re thinking 90 mins per trip.  We are thinking of running it between 1000 - 1800.  Appreciate that this might be prohibitive to people getting time off work, but hope that it will still work for some people.

Please could you pass Emily's (cc’d) email to those interested and ask them to get in touch and book a time.

Yes, 3 people per session would make sense.  The boat will be in its berth on B24 I think.

We’ll only use one boat for the day and leave the other one out of the water."
