Boat Park Maintenance

Mike Gilbert
It has been pointed out that we have problems with a raised stone at the gate; lack of gravel on the main drive and a lot of  vegetation growth around the  site.

Can I suggest that after the row on Sunday, those of us who can, meet to have a tidy up and a move some gravel from the beach back onto the drive and lift and lower the offending stone? I can provide  a wheelbarrow and a shovel, but could use more!

Say if your coming!

Our "Maintenance Task", on completion of a lovely row in the sun at the end of "Burn's" week, set me to muse upon Burn's "Many a Mickle makes a Muckle" - and its relevance to us all mucking-in together, with more than a modicum of success! See the pix!

Mike's magnificently marshalled multitude of motivated manipulators managed moving mountains of materials (they were indeed manual muckshifters) in moments.
Miraculously the malfunctioning mount of mis-laid millstone grit, and the mire, were modified and mitigated - thus making manoeuvring of marine craft, through the meandering mire and melange of other mineral matter, mega smooth!
Magnificent!

Manuscripted on Monday. Did the Sun have an effect on Sunday?
