CRAC regatta update logistics, parking and stuff

Hi All


Help please

Rachel and I will be towing SWeare Deep over before racing and would welcome four people to help at 0830 Saturday morning at the Boat Park to assist with final prep on the boat and getting it down the ramp. We will need to reverse this at the end of the day and can offer a lift to and from for those helping.

Do not forget life jackets/buoyancy aids

Parking

There is parking in Northney Marina but space may be limited as this also caters for other on site rowing clubs and the cafe so maybe look to car share where possible….

Race order

There has been a change to the order of events with Coxes briefing brought forward by 15 minutes to 0915

The race order has also been changed with the Novice Race being moved to the end of the regatta and the other races brought forward as follows

Ladies (Points)………..1000
Men’s (Points)…………1045
Mixed (Points)………..1130
Ladies Super Vets….1215
Novice…………………….1300
Presentations………….1415

Boat to be recovered and returned to Boat Park and taken off of trailer etc after presentations

So we have room in the van for five so yes please, Liz, Ali, Steve, Chris and Lynn. Thank you Josie if you and Dave could be on hand at Northney to help launch and faff that would be great.

Wet feet please team as we are launching and changing it crews from a slipway.
