Please see below the menu for the Christmas meal to be held at The Fox and Hounds, Funtington on Wednesday 16th December. Arrive between 6.30 and 7.00 pm.

2 Courses: £32.00    3 Courses: £40.00

50 places have been reserved. Please make payment to the Cutters account with your name and Xmas in the reference.

Kindly post below, stating name(s) number of courses and choice i.e soup/turkey/brownie. Please also state if vegan option is required.

Caramelised Onion, Sage & Chestnut Sausage Roll, stokes cranberry sauce

Crayfish Cocktail, cucumber, lettuce, cocktail sauce, toasted focaccia.

Apple, Potato & Parsnip Soup, garlic and cheese croutons (Vg option available)

MAIN DISHES:

Turkey Ballotine, sausage meat, streaky bacon, goose fat potatoes, braised carrot, cavalier nero, port gravy.

Smoked Haddock, sprout rosti, wilted spinach, Prosecco sauce.

Confit Duck Leg, braised red cabbage, sprout rosti, toasted hazelnuts, port gravy.

Portobello Mushroom and Kale Wellington, blue cheese and Prosecco sauce, tenderstem, new potatoes (Vg option available with gravy)

DESSERTS:

Brown Sugar Pannacotta, amarena cherries.

Chocolate Brownie, caramel fudge ice cream, toffee sauce.

Rum and Raisin Affogato. amaretti crumb (Vg option available with ice cream)
