Cockleshell Challenge 19th July - Meet 9.45 am boatpark

Hi all,
I have posted links to all the details of the event below. Boats need to have arrived and been unloaded by 11am latest, in time for the coxes briefing, racing starts at 12noon.

Please could everyone meet at the Boatpark at 9.45 to hook up the boats.

High tide is about 7am ( 4metres) so it should be possible to drive the tow vehicles round by 9am. The plan is to leave Langstone by about 10am to arrive and unload by 10.30am.

After the event it should be possible to drive round to the Boatpark until 5pm ( High tide is 7pm ). Please could everyone return to the Boatpark together and unload the Galley as it is very difficult to arrange for enough people to do it at any other time.

Have a great day. Hope to cycle round and watch!

Rachel

Thanks Rachel. I'll be there for 0830 to help load. Looks like Nigel and Phil are the experienced towers (and rowers). I will bring van if anyone needs a lift, otherwise will cadge a lift myself. Rj.
