We still need one more rower please to act as a reserve should anybody be unavailable on the day. You will still get a row if everyone is available as you will make a 6th rower in one of the above boats.

We also need some more rowers for the Saturday's races please.

I will post early next week with regards to assistance in getting boats ready to take to Eastney.

We did not see any notification about this event ... did we miss a posting?  Perhaps you can let us know how we can keep track of things.  There are also events in our diaries which we have not seen anything about (rowing events from Monday, 11 June).  Are we missing something?

Hi Steve and Ali,
         The original post for the event has the title "Cockleshell Heroes Challenge at Eastney Cruising Association June 9th and 10th" and was posted on 19th April. Its near the top now so easy to spot but you are quite right that it's easy to miss things. Did you know that you can get a notification of new posts sent to your email? On the forum go to the home page and select the Options pull down. If you select Subscribe via email you get lots of options. Perhaps best to choose 'new topics' as otherwise you get every single post!
Also the diary on the main website https://sites.google.com/site/langstonecutters3/home  gives you dates for things to look out for so you can plan ahead. Hope that makes sense! Not sure if there is still space at the weekend will leave Dave to answer that bit.

Hi Steve and Ali,
Until Dave replies, the Saturday is a day of lots of different races, there is no crew set before the day.  Everyone who is there can race, you may just not get in every race.  But there is a lovely bar and balcony area that looks over Langstone harbour mouth, so not racing for half an hour is not a problem! There is also a band and BBQ on the Saturday evening for you to enjoy.
Have you signed up for the round Hayling race? Also on the forum.
