GRR crews may I encourage you to maintain your fitness level and acquired techniques. Take some additional water on board Friday and a hearty carbohydrate based meal and don't forget breakfast on Saturday, If crew numbers work out lets see some race pace on this row !!

N.B. I believe Shahnaz is requesting a row for 12md and Richard Harrison is offering to return to shore. I am proposing that we make way 10.45 ish and maybe we can keep a space for Shahnaz and possibly pick up at Emsworth ? Please post if you would like to join this voyage and make unique Maritime history.

it might turn to be complicated
I am on call for flu jab will finish around 12 but then I will need another 20 min to get to emsworth, if something goes wrong in the surgery then I mess up every ones plan. I would say I will stay away for this time and see all next week
