Gladys GRR training row 30/8 10am, extra seat available

Part of the Gladys crew are rowing on weds 30th at 10am, we only have 4 so require one more to cox/row. Will be out for no more than 2 hours.

I cant do 30th but have 31st down for a row.

Hope that doesnt cause an issue but Wed 30th has always been a challenge for me.
