Handles overlap for sculling

I have adjusted one set of carbon blades (currently in Lottie) to provide the correct overlap for sculling, which maximises the inboard length to make the oars less ‘hard’.
Now, I appreciate that many club members find the overlap difficult to handle, so I suggest you use the wooden blades, which have no overlap, if you find that easier, or the carbon blades currently in Millie which have a minimal overlap.

Wooden oars sound great and Peter and I will give it a try next week. Sue

The spare set of carbon blades with a minimal overlap is now in Millie so all preferences should be catered for. The handles will need a bit of a clean (sorry!)
