Head of the Harbour - Itchenor 14th March

Hi all,
Below is an invitation to this year's  Head of the Harbour. Please post below if you would be interested in taking part.

Rachel and Vernon

Dear Fellow Coastal Rowers,

I am delighted that following last year's excellent Head of The Harbour regatta we are opening registration for this year's event on 14 March at Itchenor Sailing Club.

Three races, Ladies, Mixed and Open will be run over a 10K course from Itchenor to the mouth of Chichester Harbour and back.

It is a Ouse Yardstick handicap event open to all coastal rowing boats run on behalf of the Three Harbours Rowing Federation.

This  is a not to be missed event with a significant gathering of rowers from across the south coast and with a  wide range of classes.
Itchenor offers a great venue with excellent club facilities, operating at all stages of the tide and with a reputation for a warm welcome and a history of well run events. It is an excellent spot for both rowers and non rowing supporters for a great day out!

Hi Rachel,
Following our last conversation and my uncertainty about this date, It turns out I do now need to pull out of this event due to working in Dover that weekend. Sorry for the confusion!!

Hope all goes well for all, and you all really enjoy it.
See you all soon.
Matt
