Help required to clean gladys's bottom. Friday 15 June

 gladys has been accumulating barnacles and weed since last September on her mooring.  Please could we all  help in  getting her up on the beach to do basic clean. Then we can row her round hayling this weekend

Meet  11.30 Friday  15 June at the mill.
Bring scrubbing brushes and wallpaper scrapers

We should be finished in 30 mins or so and if required,  can take a pint afterwards.

Sorry Mark I'm working in the day, I have just put a post on Steve's Saturday row regarding boats over to Northney.  Brian has said so far no one is using the pontoon moorings Friday night. I wondered about getting the Claydons over after tent setting up.  It will all depend if they are in the way for Saturday races. I'm waiting for Brian to come back to me.  Otherwise it's the Saturday plan. Thanks Christine

Having spoken with Steve and in line with Christine's comment,  the plan is now to get Gladys out of the water and give her a clean on the beach.  Then we will launch Mabel and tow and row both  claydons over to northney where they will be berthed in the marina. Hope that is ok with everyone.  It will be a pleasant walk back over the bridge.
