Helpers for the 25th June

As you will see from my last post we are responsible for all the catering on the Round the Island Race

This means that we will be serving Bacon & Sausage Sandwiches ,tea & coffee before the start of the race

We will also have tea coffee & cakes available all day.

Followed by a Barbecue between roughly 2 -4pm with the thought of approx 150 people you can imagine the work that is needed.

So as silly as it sounds I am looking for Approx 35 helpers for the day between 8 am -5pm, when I say 35 this means that everyone would only have to volunteer for about an hour each ,unless of course are happy to do longer.
Even if you are rowing an hour could be spared either side,if possible, get your family & friends involved as well.
It is going to be a fun day with lots of food & fun

Plus of course we will be cheering our boats on as they go, lets hope the weather is like todays, we have a great team that have fun & work well together. lets show the other visiting teams how great we are at hosting.

It will come round quickly so please think about it & advise me as soon as possible. Fun Fun Fun Day

I can help, but only early on in the morning. Later in the day I may possibly be available for short periods of time, but can't predict when (so not much use !)

Hi Bobby,
Even though we're both rowing, both Polly and myself are free to arrive early and help in any way we can, and we'll also put our hand to a spot of baking too, if you let us know what you'd like.
It also looks like we have some family and friends coming down to support, so I'm sure they'll be up for helping out too.
