The Plan :
* As Many folk as possible to row on Saturday in a variety of boats and enjoy the event.
* Other folk join us at Itchenor
* Life preservers must be worn a charged phone and VHF in each boat and lots of appropriate clothing
* Captains please ensure fenders and additional ropes on board
* Drivers please note expensive car park but limited parking on road permitted for now. Lift sharing is a good idea.
Participate and enjoy the hospitality ( Please expect to pay for food and drinks ) we will leave the fleet to arrange rowing back later in the week and trailering is an option.
Kit: if you are rowing and staying over and would like to bring your evening wear and extras please get them to Rachel 2 The Mews up until 9 Rachel will arrive by road about 12.

1200 to 1215 Welcome to ISC
1215 to 1300 Lunch and bar
1300 to 1630 Rowing outings in Solent Galleys, Celtic Longboat, St Ayles Skiff, Bursledon Gig, Single Scull, Pilot Gig, Coastal sliding seat four, River sliding seat four etc
1630 Tea and cakes
1730 to 1900 Talk on Great River Race with photos by Mike Gilbert of Langstone Rowing Club
1900+ Bar and Supper
Accommodation is available at ISC for £16 per person for those that would like to make a party of it and stay the night? Please contact office@itchenorsailingclub.co.uk to book your bed. Phone is 01243 512400. Book early to avoid disappointment!
Sunday 3rd March:
0900 to 1000 Breakfast
1000 to 1230 Rowing outings in Solent Galleys, Celtic Longboat, St Ayles Skiff, Bursledon Gig, Single Scull, Pilot Gig, Coastal sliding seat four, River sliding seat four etc
1230 Bar and lunch followed by return to home club.
Itchenor have a splendid all tide slipway, moorings and pontoons that facilitate launching and storage of boats over night.
Itchenor will have a RIB available to facilitate swap overs and act as a Support Boat.
All participants to bring personal buoyancy.

Hi All
Boats are on the staging ready for tomorrow. The staging is scrubbed and club is ready with a warm welcome.
For those who have wanted to try a sliding seat coxed four at Itchenor the day is tomorrow as Southsea Rowing Club are bringing 2 boats tomorrow morning which is Fantastic!!!!
Lots of people are booked in to stay the night and the talk and supper will be well attended.
