Dear members,  thankyou for your response so far to Liz's message calling all the this EGM.


In answer to some of the points raised.

1. At the time the committee suggested the date for the EGM, no one on the LCRC committee, made us aware the pilot gig club had their agm scheduled for same date.

2. Questions will be very welcome on the night and are positively encouraged and do not really need to be submitted beforehand.  However,  if you are unable to attend,  please submit any questions in writing to Liz Walmsley.

3 the business of proxy voting is dictated by the LCRC constitution,  the current set up only allows for voting by a show of hands.  There is no reason why,  we, as a membership body can not change that rule,  but it would need to be put to the vote at the next AGM
