Langstone Quaffers Americas cup picnic awards

After some frenzied strolling with much tacking along the way, the multitude of skippers guided the quaffers to a sheltered Southsea beach in time to watch the parade of sail.

Having feasted and merrily quaffed, it was agreed that Chris and Ron/Cheryl had done a fine job in organizing the trip.

With many in contention for the coveted quaffers ACP award, including Nigel's sumptuous sausage rolls, Rachel's beguiling bagels and Frances's yummy cheese and chutney sarnies, the award goes to.......
Cheryl !!! for the decadent delight of a fiendsihly fabulous carrot cake.

Good fun and fine company.
