Citrus silken tofu and Edamame soup with Japanese Pepper seasoning

Main:
Barley Miso glazed salmon with Wakame and pickled ginger garnish
Nasu Dengaku - Grilled Aubergine with sweet Miso sauce

Dessert:

White Miso ice cream with Ginger Tuile and berries.

Hi Jane, menu looks fantastic, and would have loved to come, but as suspected, something is already in the diary.  Please let us know if you do another evening like this!  Ally and Steve x

Dear Cutters,
There are 3 seats left for this evening- so don't be shy.  Just to clarify -the food is not raw, and is the type of home-cooked comfort Japanese food that enhances the flavour of the main ingredients.  I promise your palates will be excited, not challenged!
