Mid Week Row THURSDAY CANCELLED due to Heavy Persistent Rain

Hi All

Rain is pushing in from the west arriving about 10 am

I can't see the point in heading off down to marker or similar, and getting absolutely soaked,  as heavy persistent rain intensifies throughout the morning.

The met office radar imagery suggests that it will simply be a question of when the heavy rain arrives during the row and  not if.

Apologies for posting late, but I've been busy getting weather up dates.

Forecast for Saturday is mainly dry and meet time is 10.00

I'm keeping an eye on the weather and will post update about 10 pm tonight as the weather system which was supposed to arrive tomorrow evening according to earlier predictions has speeded up and will likely be knocking on the door around mid day.

Safety Notes = Grab bags, walkie talkies, WET WEATHER gear and bringing a life preserver with you is recommended. Water temperature is currently 7 C and UV level = 3 ( cream time for pale skinned folk like me )
