I propose this weeks row be held on Tuesday 14th August. The forecast is dry with a moderate westerly breeze of 14mph - the Met Office is saying cloudy, whilst BBC is offering sunny intervals. It is a spring tide of 4.9mts at 2.30pm Portsmouth. Suggest meeting 12.30 at the Mill and row down Chichester Harbour coming back to Emsworth for tea and cake or beer and crisps? Galley 1 Geoff, Frances, Ron, Sue and Liz. Galley 2 Barry, Marilyn, Cheryl, Mo and Jacky. REPORT The group rowed down Chichester Harbour before returning to Emsworth for tea and cake - no beer! The weather was good as forecast - otherwise nothing untoward to report.
