Mike, can you ferry two crews over to the marina to pick up the boats? If the galley crews meet in the High Street at 1330 the galleys should be out of the marina at roughly the same time as the Teifi leaves the Mill.
I suggest Shahnaz, Rachel and me in the Teifi and everyone else in the galleys with skippers Marilyn and Frances.
Anyone else for a second Teifi or, indeed, a Claydon?

We are now 18 (I think) so two galleys and Mabel.

OK today we have to split into two parties, one to get Mabel in off her mooring and the other to collect the galleys from Northney.
So...would the following please report to the boat park:
Teifi: Rachel, Shahnaz and Jackie Falconer
Mabel: Mark, James G, Martin, Nigel and Frances (skipper)

Everyone else should go to the Ship car park where Mike will pick you up to go to Northney.

The idea is for the boats to meet at Hayling Bridge before setting out. In the interests of safety please do not hare off the instant you get on the water (please!)
