The weather looks good next week so I'm suggesting a row on Thursday. High tide is at 13:12 (4.9m) so suggest we meet at 11:15 at the yard. I'm thinking a row with drinks at the Royal Oak on return. Sign up in the usual way.

Could we at some time swap Gladys onto the correct trailer for the Hamble ? Perhaps take her out for this row and return her onto the correct trailer afterwards…currently she’s on Mabel’s trailer.
I need to road check the bearings on the DeGraaf trailer, which is soon going on a long trip.
