Please would each ( and all) of you  crew members look at the list below of all available dates and (tentative) start times that we could use Sweare Deep for training.

09th Jan start 0800,
10th Jan start 0900
11th Jan start 0900
12th Jan start 1000
15th Jan start 1200
18th Jan start 1500

Certain dates are excluded as e.g. SD is already being used.

Could you each (and all!) then reply to me ( on the forum or by email), listing every date on which you are available ( no commitment yet) and give a 1,2,3, expression of preference (3 being best). [Zero can be used to show that you are NOT available].
 AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
Thus, I might reply :: 9:1.  (meaning I am available on the Tuesday 9th Jan but would prefer 10th or 11th)

I forgot to add that I'm on a waitlist for a theatre ticket for Thurs 18th Jan. So if I'm successful I won't be able to make that afternoons row at 3pm.

We will have an outing on the 11th, and a second one on the 18th.
As Rachel is posting for a row on the 11th I suggest we all post for places on that, and go with her start timings.
I shall post here about precise timings for the 18th when I can get a better long range weather forecast.

 No one else.  Is 10th tomorrow on?
