Helping out for Les as duty rower for this week .

Monday seems the best day at the moment ! Please meet for 2.30 pm to ready boats for a trip to Emsworth for tea and cake . The weather will be chilly so wrap up well in layers just in case you get to cox or sit out as passenger at any point.

High tide 4.31 @ 3.90 M
SW @ 14mph / 18 mph / temp 11c with a chance of showers .

FYI : I've managed to get an appointment at 12.30 for physio
this means I will be coxing only and no lifting , sorry crew.

Typically the sun has come out but I can assure you this wont last , its pouring down in Rowland's Castle and Emsworth with black clouds looming !!!
