Round Hayling Race - Sunday 25th June - sign up here!

Hi all,
After the success of the Eastney event at the weekend it's time to start planning our crews for Round Hayling. If you haven't taken part before it's a great event and good for building endurance for the Great River Race, although in some ways this one is harder. The race is about 13 miles long, takes between 2 and 3 hours and can be fairly tough especially the stretch along Hayling sea front, depending on the conditions on the day. The cost of entry is £10 per person. Please sign up if you are interested in giving it a go and we will put crews together.
Congratulations, Andy and Wendy. If I were rowing I'd raise an oar!!!
Rachel/Colin. Due to having visitors I can't sign up to row in this event, but it is possible that I may be able to help with other needs/details and so I'd be grateful if you could keep me "in the loop" about developments. If you need e.g. VHF you are welcome to have mine (2), etc.
Rachel - would love to have done this as I so enjoyed it last year. Unfortunately i cannot make it as have promised to drive my father up to Derbyshire that weekend. :-(
Hi Rachel,
It's a yes for both Polly and myself please. Neither of us mind which boats or crews etc, but it be nice to have a chance to defend our trophy from last year though?!
Congratulations and good luck in the day to Wendy and Andy!
The GRR super vets team in Gladys would like to enter this. so far we have
Les Goodall
Mark Taylor
Richard Harrison
Steve Forrest
I will post when we have other names that have agreed to row.
