Round Hayling Sunday 17 June. Calling for Cakes and Help in Catering Tent

Can you help with Cakes and offers of help to sell, serve and take a shift in the catering tent please? There will be many calls for general help on the rowing side, boat moving and so on, but we also desperately need additional dedicated help, probably from members who have not actually signed up to row, to assist me in selling tea, coffee and cakes with a smile....
This busy, fun, all day event is fast approaching, and it will be a chance to be involved, even if not rowing. It's a very happy place to be!

I have had an offer of help on the stall already from Wendy, thank you very much, and 2 offers of baking from Anne and Sue.... We're going to need quite a lot more to serve more than 100 rowers!!
Many of those signed up to row have made general offers of help, thanks, we hope to see you in catering, but I know there will be loads to do on the Rowing side.
Please sign below to help me on the stall - an hour or so, or longer if you can... And to provide cakes, baked or bought. Proceeds are going towards our Melon African School Charity.

All your favourite cakes would be really welcomed, but we do find a demand for easily portionable high energy things like flapjack, gingerbread, fruit loaf, brownies.... Let's get baking and buying, for a fun day, and a really good charitable aim.
