Hi all,
Getting the boats to the start on Sunday is going to be tricky due to tides. Mark has arranged for the Claydon to be taken across tomorrow but the Galleys will have to be rowed over on Sunday. High tide is 13.20 so if you meet at the Mill at 10.45 and launch as soon as you can, you should make the start time which for Galleys is 12. Please would the captains, Steve, Matk, Ian and Paul make sure they attend the safety briefing at the Marina at 11 . The Skiff and Claydon crews can also go straight to the marina for about 10 as they start earlier. All other members of Galley crews need to meet at the Mill at 10.45 to row their boats across and pick up their captains ready for the start. Christine will also be helping at the Marina so her crew may have to row over with 4. Hope this all makes sense. See you Sunday !
Rachel
Thanks Christine, could you bring the two radio's across with you please? Mike has given me two radios for Cutters boats which we could have in the Skiff and the Claydon but we need our own for the Galleys.
Hi guys,
Polly and I don't have life jackets (they're on the to buy list), does anyone have spares we could borrow please, just in case?
See you all around 10:30
Many thanks
Matt
Thanks, Rachel. Will see everyone over at Northney as soon as you can get over there. I will go straight there, as per Rachel's note, to be at the safety briefing. Ian
