Round hayling Row Sunday June 19th

Richard Harrison
Hi All
The Round Hayling Row is on Sunday 19th June and is jointly organised by the Cutters, the gig Club and LAR.  This event attracts boats/ crews form further afield and is becoming increasingly popular.
Would you like to take part?... start times are on handicap and start is from 10.30 onwards
We need volunteers to help visiting boats unload/load and marshalling in the car park
also to help serving on Tea/coffee stand which is also offering cooked breakfasts
also possible a couple of people to help crew the safety RIBs (to be 2nd person)
And we would like rowers to enter the race itself.  It costs £12 to enter as a rower.  Rowing round Hayling is always a good row.  In the event of adverse weather conditions the race will be within Chichester harbour.   if you would like to enter then please post by Sunday May 22 at the latest or sooner if possible so we can then put people into teams.
Any questions please ask Chris P, Mike, Geoff or myself
cheers
richard

I would like to row / cox in this event please.

Have a lot of expererience of working at large music festivals in event management / marshalling / car parking etc and am happy to assist in any capacity before and after the race. Also happy to unload / load boats and serve refreshments and snacks.

Thanks, Best
