Having coxed both ways today, it was lovely being back out on the water with my great friends. I hope by Saturday I should be working my way back to semi-full fitness by then, and will be able to do some gentle rowing with passenger/swap-cox as well (if possible please).

Heads up Vernon , there is regatta for sliding seat on Sat from 10am until 4pm ish . The course is Saltings and bridge to northany slipway.

Unfortunately I shan’t be able to row on Saturday but I’ve left the fully recharged vhf’s in the locker for you to use.
 They may feel a little oily/damp initially, as they have also been re-waterproofed, but this will quickly evaporate.
