Yes, it's going to be a really cold one....
After we've cracked the ice off the boat covers,  we'll have a chilly row down harbour, before calling in for a warming cuppa at Flintstones.
Please come prepared for really cold weather,  drinks etc

We are at the moment,  one person short of 3 boats (one boat may have to go out with only 3 oarsmen).... or we go for 2 big boats and a 3 man teifi.

Let's see how the passenger list goes this evening. I'll try and post a crew list if I can,  but it may all have to be a bit elastic, and decide on the day
