So.... Birthday boy and his crew Sunny, breezy and cool on a neap flood. Launching 13.30

Crew .....  we have a birthday to celebrate. This row will include victuals ! Course and destinations to be determined by the weather , be prepared, oil your skins and wax your oars , sign up if you dare and keep watch........

So I guess Ron will be keen to celebrate with some Birthday training pyramids ??

Weather permitting the current plan is to row in Chichester harbour and then to call in to Rachel's abode to enjoy a large slice of cake and a small glass of fizzzzzz

Will confirm Saturday morning once I have consulted my fir cone and bladderwrack
